Whole wheat flour ½ cup
Jaggery 2
Water ½ cup
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup 2 tablespoons
Sugar coated fennel seeds 1 tablespoon
Pure Ghee ¼ teaspoon

Instructions

Grate the jaggery and soak in the water until completely dissolved.
Once dissolved strain it.
Take a wok and add whole wheat flour and make a fine paste by adding little little jaggery water.
Now add 2 tablespoons Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and mix it all well and add ½ tablespoon sugar coated fennel seeds
Grease appe pan with pure ghee and heat it up and add one spoon in each mould and add sugar coated fennel seeds and little chocolate syrup and cover the pan for 4/5 minutes.
Then turn the appe and again cover and cook for 2/3 minutes.
Serve hot
