ABOUT Grilled paneer with pearl millet upma RECIPE

This is a healthy and tasty upma with with grilled paneer served with watermelon .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup pearl millet
  2. 2 tbsp Oil
  3. 1 5sp jeera
  4. 1 chop onion
  5. 1 inch chop ginger
  6. 4 cloves of garlic
  7. 2 tbsp chopped carrot
  8. 2 tbsp boiled corn
  9. 2 tbsp boiled peas
  10. 2 tbsp chop tomato
  11. 2 tsp lemon zest
  12. 1 lemon Juice
  13. salt as per taste
  14. 1/2 tsp haldi
  15. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  16. 1 tspp chaat masala
  17. 2 paneer slices
  18. 1 tsp mustard sauce
  19. 1 tsp mayo
  20. Coriander leaves
  21. Watermelon slice cut in round

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 cup water add salt
  2. When boil add pearl millet and cook
  3. Heat oil in pan add jeera
  4. When splutter add garlic and onion
  5. Add ginger and saude onion
  6. Add all vegetables except tomato
  7. Add all spices and cooked millet
  8. Mix all of them
  9. Add lemon zest and lemon juice
  10. Add coriander leaves
  11. Cut watermelon round slice with cookie cutter
  12. Take mustard sauce and mayo in a bowl and mix
  13. Add paneer slice in mustard mayo sauce and let it marinate for 10 min.
  14. Then take grill pan add butter and grill paneer and watermelon slice
  15. Sprinkle salt,pepper ,flakes and black sesame seeds
  16. Now for serving---
  17. Take ring mould add upma in it
  18. De mould in a plate
  19. Place watermelon upon it
  20. And add paneer slices
  21. Garnish with coriander leaves and mustard sauce
