Quinoa vege bites is less oil recipe, quinoa very good for our body.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup quinoa
  2. 2 cup water
  3. 1 tsp Salt
  4. 2 cup mix vegetables ( capsicum, onoin,carrot or as your choice)
  5. 1/2 cup rice flour
  6. 1 cheese cube
  7. 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
  8. 2 tea spoon red chill powder
  9. 2 tsp chhole masala
  10. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  11. 1 tsp Turmeric
  12. 1 green chilly fine chopped
  13. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  14. Salt as your choice
  15. 3 to 4 curry leaves fine chopped
  16. 1 to 2 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Wash quinoa very well with water.
  2. Boil 2 cups water,add salt and quinoa and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Fine chopped all the vegetables
  4. In one bowl add cook quinoa, black sesame seeds, grated cheese,rice flour, mix vegetables,garlic,green chilli,red chilli powder, turmeric, lemon juice ,salt, chhole masala and curry leaves.
  5. Mix all well and make small bite size ball. brush with oil
  6. Take one muffin tray,grease with oil, put quinoa ball in tray.
  7. Bake in preheat oven in 180c for 10 to 15 minutes
  8. Enjoy quinoa vege crunchy bites.
