When ever feel to eat have some thing different with chocolate flavour recipe so i made chacolate malpua

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Purposes flore 150gms
  2. Hershey's chaco syrup 50gms
  3. Milk powder 20gms
  4. Semonella 40gmsgms
  5. Pinch salt
  6. For syrup::
  7. Sugar 200gms
  8. Cardom half tsp
  9. Lemon juice 2tsp
  10. Water 1cup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl put flore,milk powder,sakt,semonella all
  2. Mix well add syrup Hershey
  3. Mix well add milk for making malpua consistency
  4. Mix well as lumpfree batter
  5. It should be medium freely mowing batter like
  6. Reast half an hour
  7. Heat oil pour batter an oil with the help stick
  8. In a one direction fri medium flame
  9. Fri well take out .. Mean while for boiling solution::heat another vessels
  10. Sugar,water keep boil
  11. Add lemon juice,cardom powder on it
  12. Take malpua leave into sugar syrup
  13. Soak 15min
  14. Then plate up malpuas garnish with badam slices
  15. Ready to serve
