ABOUT Eggless Cake RECIPE

Dark and evenly brown from outside, super soft and moist from inside.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cup maida
  2. One milkmaid tin 400 gms
  3. Baking powder 2 tsp
  4. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  5. Any essence pineapple or vanilla
  6. 1/2 cup Milk
  7. One cup oil

Instructions

  1. In a pan put both milkmaid and oil and cook at low medium flame for 5 min. Keep on stirring.
  2. Otherwise it may burn, let it cool.
  3. Then sieve twice maida, baking powder and soda.
  4. To it add milkmaid mix, then essence and milk.
  5. Don't beat, just fold the batter.
  6. Grease baking dish with oil. Dust some maida.
  7. Pour batter. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 min at 200 °C.
  8. I used convection mode in microwave.

Very delicious got the restaurant style texture . Outer layer very crispy and inside very soft. luv better butter
