Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup buckwheat flour
  2. 1 tsp cashew nuts
  3. 1 tsp almond
  4. 2 tbs rosted peanuts
  5. 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  6. 1 tsp cumin powder
  7. 1 tbs ghee
  8. 1 tbsp corrainder leaves
  9. 2 boiled potatoes
  10. 1 tsp black salt
  11. 1 tsp black paper powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a bowl add buckwheat flour, boiled potatoes, black salt, black paper powder, mix well nd make a dough.
  2. Now rost cashew nuts, almond, peanuts nd grind them make a fine powder
  3. Now take a pan add butter, put it cumin powder, rosted nuts powder, cottage cheese cook for couple a minute. Now add black salt, black pepper, corrainder leave. Mix well. Stuffing is ready
  4. Now take a ball size dough fill stuffing in them . Seal properly. Give shape like a kachori nd fry in hot oil on slow flam till it become golden brown . Now kachori is ready
