Sabudana khichdi is falahari food but it's delicious so we can eat in breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sabudana one cup soaked
  2. Boiled potatoes two
  3. Peanuts two tsp
  4. Oil 2tsp
  5. Green chilly chopped
  6. Sendha namak 1 spoon or as required
  7. Black pepper 1/2 spoon

Instructions

  1. First heat a pan add oil.
  2. Crack the jeera in it
  3. Add green chili and peanuts.
  4. After peanuts add boil potatoes Cut into cubes.
  5. Now add soaked sabudana.
  6. There should be no water in sabudana.
  7. Fry it until it becomes dry.
  8. In the last add salt, pepper.
  9. Serve it hot.
