Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi 1 cup
  2. Idli rice 1 cup
  3. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  4. Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the rice, dal, fenugreek for 2 hours
  2. Grind it to make smooth batter
  3. Ferment it for 6 hours
  4. Add salt and mix well
  5. Pour the batter on Idli mould
  6. Cover with lid and cook for 10 mins
