I have used Singhade ka atta as coating of the wada.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup singhade ka aatta
  2. 2 medium size boiled mashed potatoes
  3. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  4. Green chillies as per taste
  5. Sendha namak ( salt as per taste)
  6. 1/2 cup beaten curds
  7. Oil to fry
  8. 1 tsp sugar
  9. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilli chutney ( optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Mash the boiled potatoes add salt and chilli flakes and make balls and keep aside. approximately 6 portions.
  2. 2. Take Singhada atta add salt and chopped green chillies.
  3. 3. Dip the balls in the batter, coat it well and fry them
  4. 4. Assemble on a plate , add sugar to curds and salt.
  5. 5. Pour this curd on the wada.
  6. 6. Garnish with jeera powder ,chilli flakes and red chilli chutney.
  7. 7.Serve immediately .
