Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 1 cup
  2. Cream - 1 cup
  3. Oregano - 1 tbs
  4. Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
  5. Mozzarella cheese - ¼ cup
  6. Boiled potato - 2 nos
  7. Salt - as per taste
  8. Basil leaves - 50 gram

Instructions

  1. •	Take milk in a pan mixed organo and add one chutki salt in it.
  2. •	Take a baking dish, add baitter of milk, placed one layer of slices of boiled potato.
  3. •	Than sparkled mixture of organo,salt and chilli flex on it.
  4. •	Add mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. •	Repeat the same procedure for second layer also.
  6. •	Make total 3-4 layers with same materials
  7. •	Finally sparkled remaining batterof mozzarella cheese on top layer.
  8. •	Garnish with basil leaves.
  9. •	Grill in oven for nonstick plate without oil at 180 C for 8 -10 Minutes.
