ABOUT Tomato tortillas with Bell pepper stuffing RECIPE
These delicious wraps made from tomatoe and wheat flour tortillas and stuffed with coloured bell peppers with cottage cheese are sure to win everyone's hearts.

Ingredients Serving: 4
For the tortillas:
Wheat flour 1 & 1/2 cup
Tomato puree 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Water if needed
For stuffing:
Red ,yellow and green capsicum 1 cup
Cottage cheese 50 grams
Oil 1 tsp
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Thinly sliced purple cabbage 1/2 cup
Thinly sliced capsicums 1/2 cup
Tomato chilli sauce 4 tbsp
Instructions
First blanch tomatoes and puree them.
Take flour in a bowl and add salt,chilli flakes and oil.
Add the tomato puree and make a chapati like dough.
Cover and keep aside.
Now in a pan take a spoon of oil.Add the chopped capsicums.Saute for 2 minutes and add the cottage cheese cubes.
Now saute for a minute and add little salt ,black pepper and schezwan sauce.
Mix well and switch off the gas.
Slice cabbage and capsicums thinly for topping in the wrap.
Now roll a medium thickness chapatti from dough and roast on a skillet without oil.
Roast till brown spots appear on both sides.
Now take a tortilla and apply tomato chilli sauce all over.
Put some sliced cabbage in center.
Now put a big spoonful of the bell pepper stuffing.
Sprinkle some coloured capsicum slices.
Wrap from both sides and serve with ketchup or mayo dip.
