Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup thick poha
  2. 1 onion finely chopped
  3. 1 tomato finely chopped
  4. 1 capsicum finely chopped
  5. 2 spoon oil
  6. 3/4 spoon salt
  7. 3/4 spoon garam masala
  8. 1/4 spoon mustard seeds
  9. 1 spoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash poha and transfer into a strainer to drain excess water
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add mustard seeds
  3. Add veggies and saute for 5 minutes
  4. Add poha,salt,lemon juice and garam masala
  5. Mix well
