Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1. Cottage cheese or Paneer 150 gm
  2. 2. Tomatoes 2 pcs
  3. 3. Red Dry Chilli
  4. 4. Bay leaf 1 pc
  5. 5. Turmeric Powder 1 tablespoon
  6. 6. Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  7. 7. Green chilli paste 1 tablespoon
  8. 8. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  9. 9. Salt as per taste
  10. 10. Curd 3 tablespoon
  11. 11. Milk 1/2 cup
  12. 12. Butter
  13. 13. White oil
  14. 14. Black pepper 1 tablespoon
  15. 15. Water

Instructions

  1. 1. Grease the tomatoes with butter and put it in the oven with a stick for smoky texture.
  2. 2. When the tomatoes become smoke and smells come out put it off from the oven and make a paste in blender.
  3. 3. Add white oil in the pan and fry paneer pieces lightly.
  4. 4. Next make powder of bay leaf and dry red chilli.
  5. 5. Add White oil in the pan and add tomatoes paste and saute until the colour changes.
  6. 6. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar, salt and powder of bay leaf and dry red chilli.
  7. 7. Again saute it for few minutes.
  8. 8. Next add curd and saute until the gravy becomes smooth.
  9. 9. Then add paneer and if require add plenty of water.
  10. 10. When smells come out and the colour becomes changes add milk. Saute for minute add cover the pan with add some butter.
  11. 11. Ready to serve.
