Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 1 glass
  2. Cauliflowe florets 1bowl
  3. Diced cut Potato 2
  4. Chop carrot half cup
  5. peas half cup
  6. Sweetcorn kennel half cup
  7. Chop beans half cup
  8. Chop garlic 1tsp
  9. Turmeric hslf tsp
  10. Red chilli powder galf tsp
  11. Garam masala 1/4tsp
  12. Whole pepoercorn half tsp
  13. Salt 2tsp
  14. Jeera 1tsp
  15. Oil 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a rice washed and soaked in water for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes take a wok add oil,then oil heat add garlic and onion saute.
  3. Then add all dry masala and all veggies saute for 5 minutes.
  4. After saute add rice saute for 2 minutes .
  5. After 2 minutes add 2 glass of water then water boil gas slow and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes rice is cooked and serve.
