Take a bowl, add poha and wash throughly for 3-4 times. Then drain water. Keep aside
Now add boiled potatoes into the poha. Then add salt to taste ,black pepper,coriander ,cumin powder ,sugar (optional ). Chopped green chilli , dry fenugreek leaves or methi leaves , cornflour or besan .
Mix everything well.
Divide the mixture into 6-7 equal portion. Press little and make cavity ,put cheese cubes OR 1/2tsp grated cheese centre of the each cutlet..
Now round it and shape like a cutlet.
Heat a pan with 1tbsp oil..place poha cutlets into pan.
Shallow fry both sides until golden brown.
Place it on serving bowl...serve it with mayo, tomato sauce dip or mint-coriander Chutney.
SERVING: 6
