ABOUT Bread ke kababs RECIPE

This is an instant evening snack made out of bread.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 8 to10 bread slices
  2. 1tsp rawa ( fine sooji)
  3. 1tsp rice flour
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 3 to 4 green chillies chopped
  6. 1tbsp coriander chopped
  7. 4 to 5 curry leaves chopped
  8. 1 tsp ginger paste
  9. Oil for frying
  10. 2 tbsp curds
  11. 1 onion chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl crumble the bread slices, then add chopped coriander and curry leaves.Add Salt to taste, onion, rice flour, rawa , ginger paste, curd. Mix well and make a dough out of it. Then give a shape of kababs and deep fry it.
