Ingredients: 3/4 cup semilina; 1/2 cup refined flour; 3/4 spoon salt; 3 spoon olive oil; 1 spoon strawberry syrup; 1 spoon caramel syruo; 1 spoon chocolate syrup; 5-6 spoon lukewarm water; Water for boiling pasta; 1 kiwi finely chopped; 1 papaya finely chopped; 1/2 cup pomegranate seed; 2 spoon thick curd; 1 spoon honey

3/4 cup semilina
1/2 cup refined flour
3/4 spoon salt
3 spoon olive oil
1 spoon strawberry syrup
1 spoon caramel syruo
1 spoon chocolate syrup
5-6 spoon lukewarm water
Water for boiling pasta
1 kiwi finely chopped
1 papaya finely chopped
1/2 cup pomegranate seed
2 spoon thick curd
1 spoon honey

Instructions

Mix semolina,refined flour and 2 spoon oil in a bowl
Mix well and devide into 3 equal parts
Mix chocolate syrup in one part and knead a soft dough by adding 1-2 spoon lukewarm water
Mix caramel syrup in one part and knead a soft dough by adding 1-2 spoon lukewarm water
Mix strawberry syrup in one part and knead a soft dough by adding 1-2 spoon lukewarm water
Knead all 3 dough and cover with a plastic wrap for 10 minutes
Knead the dough again and devide into tiny parts
Roll into a thin and small circle and give shape by pressing between two fingers
Add in boiling water
Add oil and cook for 8-9 minutes
Strain into a strainer and pour cold water
Strain excess water
Put boiled pasta in a bowl
Add curd,fruits and honey
Mix well and keep in fridge for 15 minutes
Serve chilled pasta fruit salad.
