ABOUT Boiled Rice Cutlets RECIPE

Left over boiled rice can be used to make a tasty cutlets in a less time and the mozarella cheese gives a creamy taste to the cutlet.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled rice - 1 cup
  2. Mozarella cheese cubes - 1/2 cup
  3. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Salt - 1 tsp
  5. Red chilly - 1 tsp
  6. Bread slices crumbled - 2
  7. Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
  8. Chopped vegetables: (Capsicum+onion+beans etc) - 1/2 cup
  9. Cornflour - 1 tsp
  10. Grated garlic - 1/4 tsp
  11. Basil leaves 8- 10
  12. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Mix all the things in a bowl except oil.
  2. Cover the mixture with cling wrap and let it rest for an hour in the refrigerator.
  3. After an hour take it out and cut the cutlets pieces.
  4. Now fry in the oil until golden brown.
  5. And serve it with any chutney or dips.
