Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup macaroni boiled
  2. 1 cup kidney beans boiled
  3. 2 tsp green chillies finely chopped
  4. 1 tsp ginger cut into juliennes
  5. 1 onion finely chopped
  6. 2 tsp coriander leaves
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. 1 tsp amchurpowder
  9. A plateful of vermicelli crushed with a ring pin
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Cornflour/maida slary
  12. Serve for ginger chutney

Instructions

  1. Madh the kidney beans. Heat a little oil on a pan. Saute the onion and ginger juliennes.
  2. Add mashed kidney beans and stir fry for about two minutes. Cool.
  3. Add boiled macaroni, coriander leaves, green chillies , snchit powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into cylindrically shaped rolls.
  5. Dip the rolls in cornflour/maida batter and brush with crushed vermicelli.
  6. Deep fry till golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with any chutney or tomato ketchup.
