Ingredients: 1 cup penne pasta; 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 2 tablespoonfuls fresh cream; 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved; 1/4 cup olives sliced; 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves chopped; 1/4 cup celery finely chopped; 1 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp pepper powder; 2 tablespoon tomato sauce

This recipe from Sarenya’s Cookbook is my all time favourite!

Ingredients Serving: 5

1 cup penne pasta
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoonfuls fresh cream
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1/4 cup olives sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
1/4 cup celery finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 tablespoon tomato sauce

Instructions

Boil the pasta with enough salt. Don’t over cook or cook till they turn mushy.
Once done, run under cool water to stop cooking
Mix together - mayonnaise, fresh cream, tomato sauce, chopped olives, cherry tomato, celery, basil, salt and pepper.
Mix this mixture with the cooked pasta. Check for salt and pepper and adjust taste if need be.
Serve cold!
