Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For koftas 2 leftover roti
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 1/2 onion finely chopped
  4. 1" ginger finely chopped
  5. 2 green chilly finely chopped
  6. 2 tsp besan
  7. 3/4 tsp salt
  8. 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder
  9. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  10. 1/4 tsp oil
  11. For gravy 1 onion cut into pieces
  12. 2 green chilly
  13. 1" adrak
  14. 1 cup curd
  15. 1/2 tsp besan
  16. 1/2 tsp jeera
  17. 1/2 tsp methidana
  18. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  19. 1 tej patta
  20. 1/2 tsp saunf
  21. 2 red whole dry red chilly
  22. 1/4 tsp haldi
  23. 2 tsp dhania powder
  24. 3/4 tsp lal mirch powder
  25. 1/2 tsp roasted kasuri methi
  26. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  27. 2 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Firstly dry roast on non stick tawa and make it crisp, then grind it in grinder.
  2. Take a bowl add boiled potato, green chilly, onion,powdered roti and mix it well.
  3. Add besan, oil and bind it, if not bind together add chilled water as required.
  4. Take small portion from it and make balls, deep fry them on medium flame.
  5. For gravy take onion, green chilly,adrak and grind them.
  6. In another bowl take curd, besan and mix it well with whisker.
  7. Heat oil in a kadai on medium flame add jeera, method ana, mustard seeds, tejpatta, saunf, red whole chilly, saute it for 2 minutes.
  8. Add onion paste in it, cook it well on medium flame till onions are light brown.
  9. Add haldi, lal mirch powder, dhanka powder cook it well for 2 minutes then add the curd mixture cook well on low flame, add 1/4 cup water, cool till the mixture leaves the sides of tha kadai.
  10. Add roasted kashti methi, garam masal and 1 cup water, when gravy started boiling and koftas in it.
  11. Cover the kadai and cook it for 2 minutes.
  12. Your delicious leftover roti koftas are ready to eat, serve hot.
