Firstly dry roast on non stick tawa and make it crisp, then grind it in grinder.
Take a bowl add boiled potato, green chilly, onion,powdered roti and mix it well.
Add besan, oil and bind it, if not bind together add chilled water as required.
Take small portion from it and make balls, deep fry them on medium flame.
For gravy take onion, green chilly,adrak and grind them.
In another bowl take curd, besan and mix it well with whisker.
Heat oil in a kadai on medium flame add jeera, method ana, mustard seeds, tejpatta, saunf, red whole chilly, saute it for 2 minutes.
Add onion paste in it, cook it well on medium flame till onions are light brown.
Add haldi, lal mirch powder, dhanka powder cook it well for 2 minutes then add the curd mixture cook well on low flame, add 1/4 cup water, cool till the mixture leaves the sides of tha kadai.
Add roasted kashti methi, garam masal and 1 cup water, when gravy started boiling and koftas in it.
Cover the kadai and cook it for 2 minutes.
Your delicious leftover roti koftas are ready to eat, serve hot.
