Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moongbeans 1/2cup
  2. Chopped onions 1
  3. Chopped Ginger 1tsp
  4. Chopped coriander leaves ( optional)
  5. Whole jeera 1/2tsp
  6. Jeera pwd 1tsp
  7. Dhania pwd 1tsp
  8. Black pepper pwd 1tsp
  9. Kashmiri pwd 1tsp
  10. Dry mango pwd 1/2tsp
  11. Oil accordingly
  12. Salt accordingly

Instructions

  1. Make a thick paste of moongbeans.
  2. Then add above all ingredients and make round shaped tikki size or cutlets
  3. Now heat oil in a pan, place the cutlet and cook in a low flame
  4. Then flip to other side and cook for remaining mins on other side
  5. Serve hot with green chutney
