I experimemted it when i had 1 cup of leftover vegetables chopped for Pizza n my family like it very much.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 10 boiled colocasia
  2. 1 cup chopped vegetables(tomato ,onion,capsicum)
  3. 3 tsp oil
  4. 1/2 tsp ajwain
  5. 1 tsp Salt
  6. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  7. 1/2 tsp dhania powder
  8. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  9. 3 tsp chili sauce
  10. 1/2 TSP CHOPPED CORIANDER

Instructions

  1. Cut long slices of colocasia.
  2. Take a pan and heat oil n add ajwain.
  3. Saute chopped vegetables for 5 minutes
  4. add all the spices n mix with chopped vegetables, keep stirring.
  5. Now add all the pieces of colocasia n chilli sauce n mix all the ingredients.
  6. Cover the pan n cook for 5 minutes on simmer.
  7. Delicious Chilli Masala Arbi is ready to serve with paranthe.
