ABOUT Panchdaal cheese chilla RECIPE

This chilla has been made from left over five daal pakodas batter. In rainy season these pakodas brings water in mouth. One can also make delicious chilla(pudla) from the same batter.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mung yellow Daal- 1 tablespoon
  2. Mung Chilkewali green Daal- 2 table spoon
  3. Urad Daal- 2 table spoon
  4. Tuvar Daal- 1 table spoon
  5. Chana Daal- 1/2 table spoon
  6. Garlic paste- 2 teaspoon
  7. Green chilly paste- 1 tea spoon
  8. Amul Chese cube- 2
  9. Cooking soda- 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak all Daals Overnight or 4-5 hours.
  2. Make a batter with soaked daal in a mixer.
  3. Add chilly garlic paste.
  4. Add cooking soda
  5. Add salt at a time when you are frying pakodas or making chilla
  6. Make chilla on tawa and garnish with processed cheese.
  7. Serve Hot with green chutney and ketchup.
