Ingredients Serving: 4
boiled rice 2 cup
Spinach 300 gm
Cheese slice 4
Soked Almond 10
Bay leaf 1
Fine chopped onion 1
Fine chopped green chili 2
Black Pepper 5-6
Green cardamom 2
black cardamom 1
Red chilli powder 1 tap
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
Wash and blanch spinach in boiled water for 5-6 mint and then drain in cold water and blend it with green chilli
In a pan add oil and heat it Now put cumin seeds and black & green cardamon ,pepper bay leaf and stir it Now add chopped onion green chilli and Ginger garlic paste saute it
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, and add spinch puree and cook for few minutes Now add 1 cup of rice and salt and cook for 2 min
In another pan and add 2 tsp butter and add rice and pinch of Salt and cook 1-2 min and keep aside
Remove skin of almond and break in two half and keep aside
Now arrange the plate take a bowl put
White rice and press it Now arrange cheese slice and almond layer and put spinach rice and top up with cheese layer and press it
Now unmold bowl in a serving plate
finish with 1 tsp of spinch puree on top
Spnach cheese rice is ready serve hot
Garnish with almond and cucumber carrot slice
