Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Medium sized potatoes 3 to 4
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
  3. Red Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  4. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  5. Pizza seasoning 1-2 tps
  6. Parmesan cheese 2 tbs or to taste
  7. Olive oil 2 tbs
  8. Dry parsley 1 tsp
  9. sugar 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. That's so simple actually.. Cut the potato into wedges add salt in boiling water and add the potatoes, allow to boil for 7 to 10 mins.
  2. Once 75 percent cooked, transfer the potato to the kitchen towel to drain the excess water say that around 15 mins.
  3. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 for 10 mins.
  4. In a wide big bowl put the potatoes add salt and pepper to taste.Add red Chilli flakes , olive oil 2 tbs , pizza topping and oregano and dry parsley
  5. Give a quick mix if you need add grated Parmesan cheese and mix well and keep ready with the arrangements in the baking tray.
  6. And bake for 25 mins in between turn the potatoes to the other sides and bake for another 16 mins until you get crunchy roasted potatoes.
  7. Enjoy with any cheesy dip, spicy mayo etc.
