1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degrees.
2. Wash and chop the cauliflower.
3. Put the chopped cauliflower in the oven untill it becomes dry ( 10 min).
4. In a bowl, mix the cauliflower, 1 egg and the grated cheese.
5. Divide the dough in 2 pieces and make them rectangular shape.
6. Put them in the oven for 10-12 min.
7. You can put anything you want into the sandwich. I decided to use hummus, cooked chicken, tomato and lettuce.
