ABOUT Dry fruits laddu RECIPE

Laddu made with dry fruits and nuts. No added sugar

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Seedless dates 2 cup
  2. Cashew 1/4 cup
  3. Badam 1/4 cup
  4. Raisins 1/4 cup
  5. Pista, walnuts 1/4 cup
  6. Sesame seeds 3 tbsp
  7. Ghee 5 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Make all the nuts in to small pieces.
  2. Take a pan and dry roast sesame seeds until they turn into brown color and nice aroma
  3. Take a pan and add 4 spoons ghee into it.. when it is hot add raisins and all other chopped nuts in to the pan and roast them until nice aroma and keep them aside
  4. Now take a pan and add 1 tbsp ghee and add dates and start smashing them .. you can easily smash them when they are hot..
  5. After 5 mins you can see the dates soft. Now you can add all the roasted nuts and sesame seeds and start mixing them.
  6. Mix them until all the nuts and dates are blended well at a low heat
  7. After 5 mins turn off the stove and take the mixture in to a greased plate and start making laddus when the mixture is warm .
