Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer (block) 200 gm
  2. Tomato 3
  3. Onion 3
  4. Cloves 3-4
  5. Oil for deep frying
  6. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1 spoon
  8. Coriander powder 1 spoon
  9. Garam masala 1 spoon
  10. Gram flour (besan) 1 cup
  11. Salt a pinch
  12. Sugar 1 spoon
  13. Water 1 cup
  14. Corn flour 1 spoon
  15. Tej patta 1-2
  16. Green chillies 5-6
  17. Crushed paneer 1/4 cup
  18. Black pepper powder 1 spoon
  19. Punjabi gravy masala 1 spoon
  20. Mustard seeds 1 spoon
  21. Hing 1 spoon
  22. Cashews 1 cup
  23. Ginger-garlic paste 1 spoon
  24. Kasuri methi 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. First cut paneer in triangle shape and then again cut them into equal halves.
  2. I n a bowl take crushed paneer, green chillies, black pepper powder, salt and mix them well.Stuffing is ready.
  3. Now in a bowl take gram flour, water, salt, red chilly powder, corn flour, turmeric powder and make batter of it.
  4. Now take 1 part of paneer block spread stuffing on it and then place another paneer block. (It will look like sandwich)
  5. Dip those in batter and deep fry them.
  6. In a grinder jar take tomatoes, onions, cloves, cashews, water and make puree of it.
  7. In a pan heat oil then add mustard seeds, hing, turmeric powder, tej patta, tomatoes, onions, ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree and saute them well.
  8. Now add paneer which we fried , red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, punjabi gravy masala, salt, sugar, kasuri methi, water and cook them well.
  9. Serve hot paneer pasanda with paratha or naan.
