Add cumin seeds
Add finely chopped garlic and onion
Fry well
Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chillies
Add salt
Add all the spices
Fry well
Now add mashed brinjal pulp
Fry well
Turn off the Flame
Garnish with green coriander leaves
