Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1.5 cups cooked Basmati Rice
  2. 1stick butter
  3. 12 - 15 cloves garlic finely chopped
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper - 1tbsp + 1tsp
  6. Cumin - 1tbsp
  7. 1 small finely chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Add butter in a pan.
  2. Add garlic, jeera and saute till the garlic changes it's color.
  3. Add onion and saute well.
  4. Add salt as per taste.
  5. Add cooked rice.
  6. Add pepper powder and give a mix.
