Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup sabudana
  2. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  3. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  4. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  5. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  6. 1 teaspoon seasme seeds
  7. 1 teaspoon chat masala powder
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Soaked Sabudana for 1/2 hours.
  2. Then blanched it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add salt in Sabudana and give small ball shape and put aside.
  4. Then put butter in kadhai heat it and add Rai spluter them.
  5. Now add Sabudana balls, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Now put in plate sprinkle chat masala and garnish with seasme seeds.
