Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup spaghetti
  2. 1/2 Cup Butter
  3. 1 tbsp peprika powder
  4. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  5. 1 tsp parmesan cheese powder
  6. Water as required
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes (tomatoes I used roasted then peel the skin and desseds and chhoped finely)

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a heavy bottom pan or kadai add 3 cup water and boil it when it start boiling add spaghetti and boil it 5-7 minutes after check it if its need more cook so heat 2-3 minutes more and drain it and also once drain it chilled water keep it on plate add some butter for non sticky
  2. Then take a pan and heat it when it heated add butter 1 tsp chhoped garlic an saute it
  3. Now add finely chhoped tomatto and saute add spaghetti and saute it add salt , peprika powder, and stir it and mix it well
  4. Continuesly string and cook 3-4 minute turn off the flame and serve it on a plate add chilli flakes and parmesan cheese powder for garnishing and more butter on top and serve it
