Cake made off fresh mango pulp

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All Purpose Flour 1 and 1/2 cup
  2. Pulp of 2 big size mangoes or 1 cup full Mongo pulp
  3. White butter 100 g and little more
  4. condensed milk 3/4 cup
  5. Milk 2 table spoon
  6. sugar 1/2 Cup (depends on the sweetness of mango)
  7. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon


  1. Whisk sugar and butter and add condensed milk and whisk again
  2. Mix all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder and sieve the mixture.
  3. Blend the mango pulp and add it to the butter mix and whisk properly. Make a smooth batter
  4. Add all purpose flour mixture in small small quantity and blend properly. Add milk (optional)
  5. Add vanilla essence and beat again
  6. Preheat the oven at 180°c for atleast 10 minutes.
  7. Grease the baking container with butter
  8. Pour the batter in the greased container
  9. Bake it for 35- 40 minutes
  10. Insert a toothpick in it. If it comes clean then its done otherwise bake it again until its done properly.
