Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 200 grams washed and soaked poha
  2. one small bowl of boiled green peas
  3. 2big boiled small diced potatoes
  4. 1 cup fried peanuts
  5. 1 cup desiccated coconut
  6. 1 tablespoon of Black rai
  7. 1 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
  9. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. 4 green chillies small diced
  11. 10-15 karii leaves
  12. 50 gram Refined oil
  13. 1 teaspoon jeera
  14. 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masalla
  15. 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  16. 1 tablespoon chopped green Corriander leaves

Instructions

  1. First of all wash Poha twice, throw water.
  2. Now add salt and sugar in it and mix it properly.
  3. Now switch on gas keep kadhaii on it and jeera & Rai in it when it starts crackle then put fried peanuts, boiled potatoes, Kari leaves and red whole chillies in it.
  4. Now put green peas and stir it.
  5. Put all Masallas and descciated coconut in it and mix it.
  6. Now put soaked poha and stir it.
  7. Put lemon juice in it and after 5 minutes poha is ready ,garnish it with coconut and serve it.
