In a thick bottom pan add oil and add chopped bhindi to it make a deep fry
Make sure bhindi had cook completely after than off flame and take away bhindi from oil and keep it aside
In another pan add oil then add chopped onion fry till it turn slight golden
Then add ginger garlic paste cumin seed and turmeric powder
Afer 2 minute add all spices add some water to avoid stickness
In a bowl mix yogurt and besan together mix it completely
Then add this mixture in a pan having all spices add some salt add sugar cook it till besan cooks completely
It takes more than 6 to 7 minute keep the flame low
After 6 to 7 minute add fried bhindi cook it for 2 minute put a lid on pan
After 2 minute off the flame and serve hot
