Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bhindi 500 gm
  2. Oil 4 tbs
  3. Yogurt 1 cup
  4. Besan 2 tbs
  5. Chopped onion 2
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
  7. Cumin seed 2 tbs
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tbs
  9. Everest sabzi masala 3 tbs
  10. Coriander powder 1 tbs
  11. Garam masala 1/2 tbs
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Sugar 1/4 tbs
  14. Chopped Green chilli 2(optional)

Instructions

  1. In a thick bottom pan add oil and add chopped bhindi to it make a deep fry
  2. Make sure bhindi had cook completely after than off flame and take away bhindi from oil and keep it aside
  3. In another pan add oil then add chopped onion fry till it turn slight golden
  4. Then add ginger garlic paste cumin seed and turmeric powder
  5. Afer 2 minute add all spices add some water to avoid stickness
  6. In a bowl mix yogurt and besan together mix it completely
  7. Then add this mixture in a pan having all spices add some salt add sugar cook it till besan cooks completely
  8. It takes more than 6 to 7 minute keep the flame low
  9. After 6 to 7 minute add fried bhindi cook it for 2 minute put a lid on pan
  10. After 2 minute off the flame and serve hot
