Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Prawns 500gm
  2. Chukaa leaves 1 bunch
  3. Onion 1
  4. Gindger garlic paste
  5. oil
  6. Salt
  7. Red chilli powder
  8. Turmeric
  9. Coriander Powder
  10. Shajeera
  11. Garam Masala
  12. cilantro

Instructions

  1. Saute peeled & devined prawns with 1 tsp oil,turmeric,salt& 1/2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste.
  2. In a pan add 3tsp oil add shajeera, onion pieces, pinch of,turmeric, Little bit salt & ginger garlic paste & fry them for 8 mins. Then add Chukka leaves, red chilli powder,fry for 3 more mins.Add garam masala & coriander powder fry for 3 more mins.Dish it out & sprinkle cilantro. Yummy Yummy chukka pawan curry is ready to serve
