ABOUT Paneer chilly RECIPE

An awesome blend of sauces with lots of garlic.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 200 gms
  2. 1 onion cubes
  3. 1 capsicum cubes
  4. 2 tbsp soya sauce
  5. 2 tbsp redchilli sauce
  6. 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
  7. Spring onions
  8. 3 tbsp chopped garlic
  9. 1 packet manchurian masala
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil 3 tbsp
  12. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  13. Maida 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take the paneer cubes, add cornflour, maida, little water and let it stand for 10 mins. It should be a thick batter.
  2. Fry the paneer cubes in oil a little and keep aside.
  3. In a wok, add oil then add garlic, onion cubes, capsicum cubes and saute for 2 mins.
  4. In bowl of water add the manchurian masala and make a watery paste.
  5. Add sauces to the onion-capsicum mix well and add the watery paste to it. Let it boil and start thickening.
  6. Now add the paneer cubes heat it for 2 mins or when the gravy is up to your consistency.
  7. Add spring onions and serve.
