I got the recipe from one of the blog. I made few changes in measurement. This cake is very easy to make in a basic microwave and gets ready only in 5 minutes. Easy and yummy. Not only it is easy to bake but also takes much less time to prepare than any other cake. Oreo biscuit cake is prepared using milk, cashew nuts, chocolate syrup and the delicious Oreo biscuits. The time period requires for this Oreo biscuit cake recipe only depends upon the preparation time because the time Oreo biscuit cake spends in the oven is about 5 minutes. Oreo biscuit cake is a quick, easy, nutritious and delicious dish which can be perfectly paired up with the evening tea or coffee. Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 18 Oreo bicuits
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 tsp Eno
  4. Chopped Cashews
  5. Strawberry Syrup

Instructions

  1. Take Oreo biscuits and milk in a jar and blend it till you get a smooth paste.
  2. Remove the mixture from the jar into a bowl. Add eno into it. Mix well.
  3. Take a glass bowl. Grease it with oil.
  4. Pour the mixture into it. Add chopped cashews and microwave it for 5 minutes on high.
  5. Once done, let it sit in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove the cake from the oven and check by inserting a toothpick in the middle of the cake, if it comes out clean, then the cake is ready. Let the cake cool completely.
  7. Once cool, remove it onto a plate and drizzle strawberry syrup all over the cake. So cake will be nice and moist and not dry.
  8. Make this cake quickly when you want to have something sweet and with limited ingredients.
