Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
  2. Grated Jaggery - 1 cup
  3. Milk - 1 cup
  4. Water - 1/2 cup
  5. Mango Pulp - 1/2 cup
  6. Elaichi powder - 1/2 tspn
  7. Ghee as required

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, water and jaggery.
  2. After jaggery gets dissolve add wheat flour, elaichi powder and mango pulp.
  3. Heat nonstick pan and make pancakes with prepared batter.
  4. Make small pancakes and cook it on low to medium flame.
  5. Add few drops of ghee while frying the pancakes.
  6. Can top it with sliced dry fruits.
