Clean and cut mushrooms lengthwise. Keep aside to dry them.
In a bowl mix rice flour and cornflour together.Add all the spices and ginger, garlic . Crush curry leaves and add.
Make a very thick batter with 1/2 cup of water and rice n cornflour.Add lime juice.
Coat the mushrooms with the batter and fry mushrooms on high heat.
Serve these crispy buzule hot to your dear ones and have too.
