Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 pkt marie biscuit crushed
  2. 1/4 cup melted butter
  3. 3/4 cup hung curd
  4. 1/4 cup whipoed cream
  5. 1/2 cup condensed milk
  6. 3/4 Cup Mango puree
  7. 3 tbsp water
  8. 1 tsp Agar Agar
  9. 1 tsp sugar silver balls

Instructions

  1. For the cheese cake base combine the biscuit and melted butter until they are well Incorporated with each other and should be moist and get a consistency of wet sand.
  2. In a shot glass put biscuit mixture and flatten it up with the help of spoon and refrigerate it.
  3. For cake filling in a bowl combine the hung curd, whip cream and mix it nicely with the help of beater until smooth.
  4. In a sauce pan add water, agar agar and let it come to boil and nicely mix in water, when completely dissolves in water, switch off the flame.
  5. Pour mango puree in it and keep mixing 30 to 40 seconds, let it cool down before adding yogurt.
  6. Put the mixture into yogurt mixture and again beat well with the help of beater. Pour this mixture in piping bag.
  7. Remove shot glasses from the fridge, with the help of piping bag fill the glasses with mango cheese cake filling.
  8. Top it up with 1 tsp of mango puree.
