Get a few mangoes and extract 3 cups full of pulp
Add the mango pulp, sugar, cardamom powder in a pan/kadai and place it on the gas to boil
Cook for 5-8 minutes while stir continuously, until the pulp thickens & changes it colour
Grease a plate with ghee, pour the cooked mango mix on the plate & spread it
Now keep this plate out in the sun to dry
After get dry cut into strips & roll them
Store them in refrigerator
