Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mango pulp 3 cups
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon ghee
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Get a few mangoes and extract 3 cups full of pulp
  2. Add the mango pulp, sugar, cardamom powder in a pan/kadai and place it on the gas to boil
  3. Cook for 5-8 minutes while stir continuously, until the pulp thickens & changes it colour
  4. Grease a plate with ghee, pour the cooked mango mix on the plate & spread it
  5. Now keep this plate out in the sun to dry
  6. After get dry cut into strips & roll them
  7. Store them in refrigerator
