ABOUT Chilla RECIPE

Besan chilla made up with dahi and suji, a perfect breakfast option for all times.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan 1 cup
  2. Rawa/ sooji/ semolina 1 cup
  3. Curd...1 cup or so
  4. Salt and green chillies to taste
  5. Cumin seed...1 tea spoon
  6. Ajwain...1/2. Tea spoon
  7. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except oil and keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. Now check batter and add water as requirec
  3. Heat a non stick pan, pour 1 ladle ful of this batter and spread like dosa
  4. Let it cook on one side, flip and let it cook on other side also
  5. Serve hot with any chutney or sauce
