Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup lotus seeds
  2. Boiled peas ½ cup
  3. Ghee ½ spoon
  4. Oil 1½ spoon
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Buttermilk ¾ cup
  7. Water ½ cup
  8. fresh cream 2 spoon
  9. Turmeric powder ¼ spoon
  10. Red chilli powder ⅛ spoon
  11. Coriander powder ¾ spoon
  12. Garam masala ½ spoon
  13. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  14. 4 cloves of garlic minced
  15. 2 onion chopped
  16. Cumin seeds ⅛ spoon
  17. Bay leave 1
  18. Dry Red chilli 1
  19. Coriander leaves 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a wok and roast lotus seeds on medium flame
  2. take out Lotus seeds in a plate
  3. heat oil in a work and add cumin seeds, bay leaf and dry red chilli
  4. add garlic and green chilli
  5. add onion and Saute until golden brown
  6. add all spices and saute for 1 minute
  7. add fresh cream and buttermilk
  8. saute until it leaves oil
  9. add peas and water
  10. boil for 2 minutes and add Lotus seeds
  11. Add coriander leaves
  12. switch off the flame
  13. Serve hot with Naan or chapati
