You must have tried seekh kabab , and idli but have to tried the fusion of both these delicacies? It tastes awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For kabab
  2. 2 cups gram flour
  3. 1 cup hung curd
  4. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  5. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves
  9. 1 tsp bread crumbs
  10. 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  11. 1 pinch chat masala
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 pinch pepper powder
  14. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  15. For Idli
  16. 1 cup curd
  17. 1 cup Rawa
  18. Salt to taste
  19. 1 pinch cooking soda
  20. oil

Instructions

  1. Take all the idli ingredients in a bowl and mix it well. Keep it at rest.
  2. Now take all ingredients of kabab and make a soft dough. You can also use 1 tsp bread crumbs to bind.
  3. Now spread some sesame seeds on rolling pin . Take the kabab mix and make a cylindrical shape and roll it by hand on rolling pin.skewer it.
  4. Now apply some oil on it and grill it or shallow fry it till golden brown.
  5. Now take the idli batter and add some water if required.
  6. Dip the kabab in idli batter anf steam it for 10 minutes.
  7. Add some food colour in idli batter , pour it in a pichkoo bottle and on a non stick pan make nets for garnish.
  8. cut the kabab stuffed in idli into small wheels and. Serve with schezwan chutney and garnish with the dosa nets.
