Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mango pulp 1/2 cup
  2. Yogurt 1 cup
  3. Sugar powdered 4 teaspoons
  4. Saffron-cardamom syrup (Kesar ilayachi syrup) 1 teaspoon
  5. Dry fruit Muesli 4 tablespoons
  6. Oats 2 tablespoons
  7. Rose syrup 2 tablespoons
  8. Tutti fruiti 1 teaspoon to garnish

Instructions

  1. Take oats in a vessel add 1 cup water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  2. keep it aside.let it cool completely.
  3. meanwhile add sugar, saffron-cardamom syrup to yoghurt and whisk well.
  4. add Rose syrup to cooked oats. mix well.
  5. In a glass first of all add 2 tablespoons cooked oats.
  6. Then add a layer of dry fruit muesli ( 1 teaspoon)
  7. Now add half cup of whisked yogurt
  8. Again a layer of muesli . And the lastly add half of the mango pulp.
  9. You can get two glasses parfait from above ingredients .
  10. garnish with muesli and tutti fruiti.
  11. Refrigerate for some time and serve. (Tastes awesome if served chilled)
