ABOUT Curd Spaghetti RECIPE

Mixing spaghetti with yogurt is perfect for summer, when you don’t feel like eating anything heavy. This spaghetti with yogurt will be a great alternative to other dishes on hot days. A bowl of spaghetti with yogurt and a bowl of fresh salad make a fantastic lunch or dinner. Try it

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 tbsp oil
  2. 1 cup spaghetti
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 ½ tbsp chopped ginger
  5. 2-3 TBSP chopped coriander
  6. 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
  7. half cup grated carrots
  8. 1 cup curd
  9. For masala :
  10. 1 ½ tbsp oil
  11. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  12. 8 curry leaves
  13. 1 tbsp split black gram dal
  14. 2 Chopped Green chillies
  15. 2 tbsp roasted split chickpeas
  16. 8 cashew nuts
  17. 1 tsp Asafoetida
  18. FOR GARNISH
  19. 2 - 3 red chilli
  20. 1 sprig coriander

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and lightly roast the spaghetti.
  2. Add water and salt and let it boil for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the spaghetti and wash with the cold water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, splitted black gram dal, chopped green chilli, roasted split chickpeas, asafetida, cashew nuts and mix well.
  5. Remove the prepared mixture in a bowl.
  6. Add boiled spaghetti, chopped coriander, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies and grated carrots.
  7. Now add curd, salt, chopped coriander and mix well.
  8. Remove the dahi spaghetti on a plate.
  9. Garnish with red chilli and coriander sprig.
