Yes, dahi ke kabab. It is something unique that i tried for the first time but it will remain in my menu list forever. Instant snack and delicious to taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup hung curd
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 1 cup paneer
  4. 1 cup finely chopped onion
  5. 1 tsp coriander coriander powder
  6. 1 tsp pepper powder
  7. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  8. 1 green chilly chopped
  9. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  10. 3 tsp corn flour
  11. 5 cashews chopped
  12. 5 raisins
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1 tsp coriander powder

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and hung curd, besan, coriander powder, pepper powder, paneer,corn flour, red chilly powder and salt to taste. Mix it well and make a dough. If required add 1 tsp more corn flour to the mixture.
  2. In another bowl add, onions, green chilly, chopped ginger ,cashew nuts chopped, raisins, coriander and salt to taste.
  3. Divide the dahi paneer mixture into 6 balls and press it. Place the filling in centre and make a ball using greased palm. Press it to give shape of dahi kabab.
  4. Take oil in a pan and shallow fry. Garnish with mint leaves and fried onions. Serve with ketchup or mint chutney.
