Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Penne pasta 1 cup
  2. Fresh Curd 1 cup
  3. Home made cream or malai 1/2 cup
  4. Jaggery powder 1 tbsp
  5. Salt 1/4 tsp
  6. Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  7. Apple 1/2 peeled and chopped
  8. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  9. Oregano 1 tsp
  10. Green chilli. 1 chopped very fine
  11. Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in 1 kg water with 1 tbsp oil and 1 /2 tsp salt for 10 minutes till they become tender.
  2. Strain and cool them.
  3. Take curd in a bowl add curd Keep it for 15 minutes to marinate.
  4. Now add fresh cream .jaggery powder and chopped apple .
  5. Add 1/4 tsp of salt to enhance the taste.
  6. Add oregano, black pepper and chopped chilli.
  7. Add pomegranate seeds .Mix nicely.
  8. Serve this yummy and slurpy pasta chilled.
